The advantage of this recipe is that it is very simple, quick and inexpensive to achieve ! You need very few ingredients:

  • 200 ml of breastmilk ,
  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 200 grams of Marseille soap flakes ,
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (coconut or sweet almond, for example).
  • 2 cases of honey

As far as equipment is concerned, you won't need much, other than containers to make a bain-marie, and a soap mold (or failing that, individual cakes) in silicone.


The stages of manufacturing

This recipe is short, here is how to make your breast milk and oatmeal soaps for sensitive skin:

  1. The day before, place the 2 cases of oatmeal to soak in the 200ml of mother's milk. Drain and save the water! Or leave the flakes in the preparation for a little exfoliating touch.
  2. Pour the breast milk into a container in a bain-marie, and TO DO melt the Marseille soap shavings little by little,
  3. Regularly stir to ensure that all the chips melt and the mixture reads correctly,

  4. Add gently coconut oil and continue to stir,

  5. All that remains is to put your soap paste into molds

  6. To place the filled molds flat, in the freezer, for a whole day (24 hours),

  7. Once they have set, unmold them and let them dry on a rack for a month, in a dry and ventilated place.
