We start preparing your products and send them within 48 hours of ordering.

Then you need to count the shipping time:

  • In France the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.
  • In the European Union the announced delivery time is 3 to 7 working days
  • In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 10 working days

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number (remember to check junk mail!).

Thanks to the tracking number you can follow the progress of the shipment directly on or on the Mondial Relay website.

Delivery is free in mainland France for all orders from €150 purchase.

We know it's not always easy to choose online. This is why we have created one with all the necessary measures to help you in your choice. However, if the size does not fit, you always have the option of exchanging.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Here are the steps to follow :

1. Contact us at with your name and order number. Please specify “EXCHANGE” or “RETURN” in the subject of your email.

To exchange a size, specify in your email the new size desired as a replacement.

2. Prepare your package. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging. A worn, damaged or soiled product will not be subject to any exchange or refund.

On the delivery note that you will have received with your order, please circle the item to be returned and if it is a size change, specify the size requested as a replacement. Place the delivery note inside the package.

During Special Offers, Clearance Sales or other promotional operations, returns are at your expense.

The costs of returning this item are your responsibility. We advise you to send it tracked and keep your proof of sending to protect yourself in the event of loss or damage to the returned package.


After receipt of your package we will send you the desired product in the size indicated or provide a refund according to your choice. The reshipping costs of the new item are free!
